Ballet is a classical dance form with a codified syllabus and unique terminology. Adult ballet strengthens posture and body placement, increases flexibility, and allows adults to exercise in a fun, graceful way. No experience required! Come make new friends, build healthy habits, and try something new in our accepting and encouraging environment!
Adult Ballet runs on a special 6-week session to accommodate our busy adult members.
DRESS CODE: Adults should wear easy-to-move-in, comfortable clothing. Students will need ballet shoes, any brand, any color.
