Music Theatre
Heidi Biever is an innovative theatre educator, consultant and director. Heidi has directed over 700 shows, workshops, and classes for students from New York City to Shanghai– providing a nurturing environment and unique structure for them to blossom and grow. Heidi found her love of teaching and performing in her hometown of State College, PA. While attending Indiana University, Heidi met Disney Legend Howard Ashman and was later cast as Audrey in the European Tour of Little Shop of Horrors. Other leading roles included Maria in The Sound of Music, Adelaide in Guys and Dolls, Narrator in Joseph…, Woman 2 in Side by Side by Sondheim and Fiona in Brigadoon. Heidi continued to grow her passion for teaching by starting musical theatre school “Singing Onstage” with her husband, Richard, and piloted a highly successful program at the renowned Music Theatre Wichita. Heidi is the proud mom of three wise and creative daughters: Marshall, Madeline, and Olivia. When not in the classroom, Heidi can be found traveling to Disney or spreading more kindness in the world.
