Director, Community Arts School
Erika Haskell has served the Baldwin Wallace Conservatory of Performing Arts since 2008. After leading the Conservatory Concert, Event & Communication team, Erika joined the Community Arts School as Director in August of 2024. Passionate about the arts and arts education for all ages, Erika is also as a lecturer of arts management and entrepreneurship at BW.
Prior to her time at BW, Erika worked for the Cleveland Orchestra, supporting guest artists & conductors, supervising front-of-house operations for orchestra events and managing logistics for external clients. A church musician and organist, Erika has served congregations since high school and is currently Music Director at Bethel Lutheran Church.
Erika is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace Conservatory of Music, with a major in Arts Management/piano and a minor in organ.
