A New Home for Dance at BW Community Arts School
An exciting new chapter is beginning for Dance at BW Community Arts School. In Fall 2026, BW CAS will open three new state-of-the-art dance studios in the Kleist Center for Art & Drama, creating a permanent home where dancers can strengthen their technique, discover their unique artistic voice, and thrive in a supportive creative community. These purpose-built studios will allow BW CAS to:
- Expand high-quality training opportunities for students of all ages and experience levels, growing both our personal enrichment and Company programs.
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment where every student feels seen, supported, and empowered.
- Provide opportunities for learning both on and beyond the dance floor through multi-genre classes, professional rehearsal spaces, and holistic dance workshops.
- Advance our mission of collaboration over competition by building a creative community of artists supporting artists.
- Deepen connections between dance, theatre, and the broader BW arts community.
