Institute for Music Teaching & Learning
In partnership with the Baldwin Wallace University School of Education, the BW Community Arts School offers professional development opportunities for certified educators and teaching artists. The Institute for Music Teaching and Learning offers high-quality professional development for music educators in a format coordinated with Ohio Standards and contextualized for the music educator. All courses are offered for graduate credit through Baldwin Wallace University.

With the University campus only being minutes from the airport and with modern on-campus living arrangements, participants around the world seek out opportunities to come to BW in the summer to learn from highly credentialed faculty. International students may register as a not-for-credit student and must call the Community Arts School office at (440) 826-2365 to pay for their course between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday – Friday. International students are responsible for attaining their own visas.
